Francueil:  is a pretty village just across the vineyard from Vrigny, with excellent village shop (butcher, baker and greengrocer all in one), bar (where they do bistrot style lunch / dinner) and vineyard walks.  The old bakery is situated right by the church in the village square.  The ground floor has an entrance hall with cloakroom, a large dining / living room with french window to the patio overlooking the village square;  patio furniture including table and chairs;  a large well-fitted kitchen;  bikes inside the back door.  There are two bedrooms both with en suite - each with a fireplace and corner 'salon';  as usual we shall ensure there is baby equipment in the cottage. 

The Old Bakehouse - lovely restored cottage for two couples, there is a large lounge-diner with 'en-suite' kitchen, laundry room with downstairs loo, two pretty bedrooms one the first floor both with their own bathroom.

The sunny patio is furnished with table, chairs and parasol as well as plants and a BBQ.

Parking is by the front door;  there is also loads of parking opposite in the church place and by the shop.

 Here is the dining area of the salon;  taken from the kitchen (below) (tiling now completed ).  We have an electric hob, double oven, dish washer, washer-drier (separate) fridge and freezer.

Windowed sitting area with three piece suite;  TV / DVD (bring your own DVDs).  Dining table on right by the french window, kitchen to left.
This is bedroom one, facing south / east.  This bedroom has its bathroom next door.

Both bedrooms have a beautiful old chimney piece which can be used this autumn / winter
Bedroom two - this room also has a lovely big chimney piece for an open log fire.  it also has a very lovely corner shower room
